Bree Simonds is an Investment Adviser who started her career at Maclean Partners Chartered Accountants, before moving to an advising role with the Wilson HTM 6 years ago. This experience, combined with her Bachelors of Business Management and Commerce, have enabled her to undertake an Investment Advisory role with Elston Partners. Bree holds RG146 Authorised Representative Accreditation, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), and is an ASX Accredited Derivatives Adviser, Level 1 and 2.

Bruce has worked as an authorised representative, stockbroker and investment manager for the past 10 years. Bruce has a Bachelor of Business (Real Property Valuation), Graduate Diploma Applied Finance & Investment, Graduate Diploma Financial Planning and is an Accredited Derivatives Adviser Level 1 & 2. Bruce is a Director, authorised investment manager and part of the investment committee at Elston Partners.
Andrew McKie
Andrew has worked as an authorised representative, stockbroker and investment manager for the past 10 years. Andrew has a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma Applied Finance & Investment, Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is an Accredited Derivatives Adviser Level 1 & 2. Peter McVeigh
Investment Adviser Peter McVeigh has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Building on tertiary qualifications in Economics, Banking and Finance, Peter took on the role of loans officer at PIBA and QIDC before working in research at Henderson Charlton Stockbrokers. This led to an adviser position at Wilson HTM and then at Elston Partners. Peter also has Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance & Investment and Financial Planning.

Shaun has worked as an authorised representative, stockbroker and investment manager for the past 10 years. Shaun has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a Level 1 & 2 Accredited Derivatives Adviser. Leon de Wet
Leon has journeyed from South Africa to the UK and USA in search of financial skills and experience that could build on his impressive qualifications. After working for firms such as Deloitte, Global Asset Management and National Australia Bank he found a new home on the Gold Coast and a new approach to investment advice in Elston Partners. Leon has a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) and a Diploma of Financial Services. He is a Certified Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant.
Ramon Felstead
Investment Adviser Ramon Felstead is passionate about providing advice with integrity and honesty for all clients. His determination to fine tune his skills took him from one of Australia’s largest financial planning firms to Elston Partners. Here he has focused on the key strategies for reducing tax and maximising the effectiveness of investments. Having completed a Bachelor of International Business and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), Ramon is currently completing his Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.

Kasia Urbanik
Strategy adviser Kasia Urbanik specialises in transitional pensions, superannuation and trust structures. Kasia graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business. She has also attained a Diploma in Financial Planning. All of this knowledge is applied to complex tasks to provide simple and effective strategies that her clients can easily understand.
Darren Withers
Darren Withers is a Director and manager of the investment strategy division at Elston Partners. Darren was named as a member of the Financial Planning Master Class by AFR Smart Investor Magazine in 2007. He has worked in the financial planning industry since 1994, is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association. Darren has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Diploma in Financial Planning.
James Mazey
Strategy adviser James Mazey served his apprenticeship several years ago at AMP working as an assistant within their Financial Planning department. This solid grounding in planning became the foundation for an adviser role at Elston Partners. James has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
Daniel Shine
Daniel Shine is a strategy adviser who understands what it takes to build and protect wealth. Daniel is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Accountancy. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Taxation from Melbourne University and a Proper Authority accreditation. Moving from KPMG to Elston Partners has given Daniel the opportunity to provide a more accessible service to clients wanting to maximise their investment portfolios and minimise tax.
Mark Schultz
A career in banking in Australia and Canada gave strategy adviser Mark Schultz the opportunity to work with customers face to face, helping them to take control of their finances. Moving from a paraplanner role at Wilson HTM to Elston Partners has given Mark the chance do more for his clients. Mark is a Certified Financial Planner and SMSF Specialist Adviser with an Advanced Diploma for Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Business majoring in banking and finance.
