Donna Picton has worked for some of the biggest and respected names in the industry. Her journey has taken her to ABN Amro Morgans, Citibank and Deutsche Bank. It has also given her the opportunity to leverage her tertiary qualifications, a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance plus a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. After honing her skills as an investment adviser at Wilson HTM Donna moved to Elston Partners in 2007.
Russell Geldard
Before Russell Geldard became an investment adviser he was an owner of an Income Tax Professionals franchise. It’s this five year phase that gave Russell an understanding of clients big and small. Naturally he also has an empathy with the many challenges faced by the small business owner. Russell has a Bachelor of Business and Financial Planning and holds an RG146 Authorised Representative Accreditation.
Damon Bensein
Investment Adviser Damon Bensein has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Funds Management and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. He also holds an RG146 Authorised Representative Accreditation. The Commonwealth Bank kicked off a career that quickly advanced to an advisory role with Wilson HTM. Today he advises Elston Partners clients on the best way to grow and protect their investment portfolios.

Darren Withers
Darren Withers is a Director and manager of the investment strategy division at Elston Partners. Darren was named as a member of the Financial Planning Master Class by AFR Smart Investor Magazine in 2007. He has worked in the financial planning industry since 1994, is a Certified Financial Planner and member of the Financial Planning Association. Darren has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Diploma in Financial Planning.
