Ben Lockwood
Ben Lockwood is an investment adviser who has worked hard to gain the tertiary qualifications he needed to move into this highly skilled field. He finished his Bachelor of Business at Jacksonville University (USA) then won his Masters in Accounting a little closer to home. Ben worked for economic consulting firm PDPAust in Sydney. A year at Wilson HTM prepared him for his advisory role at Elston Partners.
Rod Trustum
Like many respected investment advisers, Rod has built his career on a firm foundation of accounting principles. After working as a chartered accountant at Hudson Shepherd & Partners in Grafton, Rod made the leap to the BBC and the London Underground in the UK before returning to Australia as a Financial Controller. Today he is advising Elston Partners clients in Tamworth. Rod has a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Kasia Urbanik
Strategy adviser Kasia Urbanik specialises in transitional pensions, superannuation and trust structures. Kasia graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in International Business. She has also attained a Diploma in Financial Planning. All of this knowledge is applied to complex tasks to provide simple and effective strategies that her clients can easily understand.
